We have been passionate about cars for over 10 years and our beloved ones are Audi Quattro masterpieces. During this period of time we have built the legendary cars for ourselves – and by ourselves. Being passionate about our work and obsessed with attention to detail we started producing parts for us and for our friends a couple of years ago. Only by producing the car parts on our own we could meet the highest standards! It evolved over years and became our primary job at VERKLINE !
We design, prototype and test fit the products at our warehouse. When ready, they are being sent to our manufacturing departament, were using machinery, parts are made within the desired tolerances. After that we perform final assembly, quality control and shipping.
All parts are 3D CAD designed and CNC produced on our machines to assure premium quality and repetitiveness.
We use in house CNC machines:
- Mikron HPM 800U 5-axis milling machine
- Mikron VCE 1000W PRO 3-axis milling machine
- Gildemeister CTX 400E lathe with C-axis and driven tools
We are also using Hexagon Absolute 7-Axis Measuring Arm with additional 3D Laser scanner when we need to 3D scan parts for development or check tolerances after parts are manufactured.
More than 90% of the products are available in stock in our own warehouse, because we know how important it is to receive the parts exactly when you need them.
We ship usually on the next day with DPD Shipping to the European countries or by UPS Express Air shipping all around the world. We also ship to unlisted countries in our webshop. Just drop us a message with your full address and we will provide you a shipping quote.
